Short version: your details are used to quote your job and nothing else. They are not sold, rented or added to a marketing list.
What gets collected
When you submit the estimate form: your name, phone number, city, and, if you provide them, your email address, the product and room you are interested in, the number of windows, any photos you attach, and whatever you write in the message field.
If you call or text instead, that is your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. Nothing else.
What it is used for
Contacting you about your enquiry, preparing a quote, and arranging the measure and installation. That is the entire list.
Photos you send of your windows are used to assess the job. They are not published anywhere without asking you first. And if a photo of your finished install would make a good gallery entry, you will be asked explicitly.
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the service providers needed to run the site and deliver messages, meaning a hosting provider and an email delivery provider. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Phone and text messages
Submitting the form means you agree to be contacted about your enquiry by phone, text or email. That consent covers your enquiry only. It is not consent to marketing messages. Reply STOP to any text and you will not be texted again.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for servicing your installation and any warranty on it. Ask and it will be deleted.
Analytics
The site uses privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
