Powder-coated aluminium slats that tilt through a full 180 degrees, so you can aim daylight at the ceiling and keep the glare off a screen. The slat is thin, so the whole blind stacks down to almost nothing at the top of the window.

Before you order
The choices that change the result
Two or three decisions do most of the work on this product, and they are all easier to make at the window than afterwards. This is what we talk about at the measure.
The tilt is the entire point
Every other product on this site is deciding how much light comes in. A venetian decides where it goes. Tilted up, daylight bounces off the ceiling and fills the room with no glare on a screen and no hot line across a desk. If that is the problem you have, nothing else here does it as well.
Finish changes the room more than colour
The same colour comes matte, gloss or brushed, and they do not read alike. Matte disappears and looks architectural. Gloss picks up the light and looks crisper and more commercial. Brushed has a grain to it and softens the metal considerably, which is usually the one that works in a house.
The control sets the width
How wide this blind can go depends on how it is lifted, and the spread is large: a chain-operated blind stops well short of a cordless or motorised one. On a wide window that decision is made for you, so it is worth knowing before you fall for a control type.
